A consistent top producer and licensed realtor for over 22 years, Heather Devermann's experience, local market knowledge and representation performance has earned her the trust of her clients, from homeowners, farmers, investors, and financial institutions. Ms. Devermann holds securities licenses (Series 22, Series 63) and is an expert in 1031 exchanges. Ms. Devermann is a member of National Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors and Sumner Association of Realtors. Strongly community minded, she has held leadership positions on the Board of Directors of the Yorkville Chamber of Commerce, Economic Development Committee, and Yorkville Christian High School. She has volunteered for over 20 years as a docent (volunteer educator) at the Brookfield Zoo, and also served on school PTO boards, Jr. Women's Groups, and has been a Boy Scout and Girl Scout Leader. Heather Devermann earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN and attended four years of graduate school at the University of Georgia in Athens, GA.
